The communication elites refer to the community of highly educated people who are familiar with the history of the field, always open to novelty, always sensitive to the difference between would-be and true value. Professionals who are not afraid to open new ways and permanently recreate their worldview, this philosophy being in fact their ultimate weapon against the copy/paste competitors who never rise to the top. Authentic leaders, not needing external confirmation before stating and arguing for an opinion. This is the spirit we seek in our Kindergarten students. The importance of character adds to all this. We value real decency, modesty, and team spirit.
